The Whidbey is designed as a single story house with the choice of 1 or 2 downstairs bedrooms. Its simple design makes the house affordable to build, and full of light. The bedrooms have ample closet space, and the house makes use of its pitched roof for additional storage space or whatever else you choose to use it for. we do not list the upstairs square footage because, with so much sloped ceiling, it does not officially qualify as a habitable room. The house is 17′ 6″ tall.
